The New York Institute of Finance is seeking exceptional individual as intern to support Customer Success Team for NYIF's in demand educational programs, which consist of a mix in-person and virtual training solutions across the business and financial service industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Engage with incoming students as a member of the customer success team, being the in person point of contacts upon arrival to class. 
• Assist our program managers for all public and virtual classes. 
• Assist with the creation of NYIF courses on the edX platform for the upcoming year. 
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mails.
• Maintain the pantry stock. 
• Coordinate sales from Magento to Salesforce.
• Enrol students into online courses when needed. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. 
• Must be a self-starter and driven.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 
• Experience with edX, Magentoand Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience working with HTML nad LMS platforms is a plus. 
• Adept at learning new software solutions and able to research and assess, technology tools, used in the creation and distribution of multimedia content. 
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
