Erik Tiltmann

Erik specializes in finance for middle market and emerging growth companies. His experience centers on startups, venture capital, and private company mergers and acquisitions and investment banking, including fund raising, financial modeling, valuation, budgeting, investor relations, leveraged buyouts, and secondary private equity.

CURRENT POSITION

Erik is the founding member of Third Road Partners, a consulting firm focused on the financial and operational needs of startups and middle market companies. His experience covers roles in investment banking, venture capital, investor relations, operations, and secondary private equity. Erik has assisted a wide variety of companies with fund raising, M&A, accounting, poison pills, strategy setting, and general advisory services.

PAST POSITIONS

Erik worked for the middle market investment banking and consulting firm Daybreak Capital Partners, the independent sponsor Ascend Global Investments, the secondary private equity firm Private Equity Investors, the venture capital firm GMG Capital Partners, and the middle market investment bank Tucker Anthony Sutro.
