Anthony Macari specializes in financial analysis, strategic planning, and corporate development initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, and development alliances.
His experience covers all aspects of the strategic planning and business analysis process, capital investment management, and acquisitions and divestitures, including valuation, post-acquisition integration, and deal structure.
Prior to his current consulting work, Mr. Macari held positions with Fortune Brands, Peter Kiewit and Sons, and PepsiCo, where he ran planning and analysis and corporate development functions. He has also led academic programs in Finance, Law, and Taxation as an Assistant Dean at the New York University School of Continuing Education.
Mr. Macari is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, Sacred Heart University, and the University of Bridgeport at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
