James N. Donaldson is a New York Institute of Finance faculty member specializing in wealth management planning and issues for U.S. and International clients. His experience provides insight into complex and abstract concepts in wealth management and multi-generation wealth planning.
Prior to his current position with Trust Company of Connecticut, a division of NewAlliance Bank, he held similar positions at TD Banknorth, N.A., JPMorgan Chase; The Chase Manhattan Private Bank; Chemical Bank; and Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank Trust).
James N. Donaldson is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and as a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA). He is a Past-President of the Estate Planning Council of New York City, Inc. and is listed in Whos Who in Finance and Industry.
