William Goodwin
Practical Experience:
William Goodwin served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of AXA Equitable Life from 2004-2006.
He has served as CEO of MONY Capital Management and as Senior Vice President of MONY Life Insurance Company, managing assets including a $12.0 billion fixed income portfolio including corporates, Treasuries, MBS, ABS and money market investments.
Bill managed a venture capital partnership portfolio of $250.0 million and agricultural mortgage portfolio of $500.0 million. He set and implemented investment strategies for all of the asset classes outlined above, managing and developing a staff of 30 people.
He led a team that had MONY issue two CDO’s using ABS as collateral and worked with insurance and annuity product actuaries to set and implement appropriate asset/liability matching strategies for each product line.
From October 2001 through November of 2002 Bill served as a Director of Tempur World, Inc.
